LIVE STOCK SHIPPING & DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) POLICY

Dear Valued Customers,

Please read our Shipping & Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy carefully before placing your order.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

• DOA must be reported within 1 hour after the parcel has been delivered.
• A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required as proof.
• The video must start before opening the courier parcel and continue until all live stocks have been inspected.
• The video must clearly show the condition of the live stocks before any sealed fish bags are opened, cut, or disturbed.
• Once the DOA claim has been verified, we will provide a 50% refund for the affected live stock.

DOA Claims Will NOT Be Accepted If:

• No continuous unboxing video is provided.
• The video starts after the parcel has already been opened.
• The sealed fish bags have been opened, cut, or tampered with before the video is recorded.
• The live stocks have been released into the aquarium.
• Improper acclimation has been carried out.
• The DOA claim is reported more than 1 hour after delivery.

Packaging

• All live stocks are securely packed in a foam box.
• Ice packs are included when necessary to help maintain a stable temperature during transportation.

Shipping

• We ship via Line Clear Express Courier or Express Bus Service.
• Live stock shipping is not available to Sabah & Sarawak.
